This is an adapted book based on the ABLLS and VB-MAPP assessments that targets Listener Responding: Feature Function Class level 3 targets. Students will respond to questions by selecting an item from an array of 9 picture cards containing similar stimuli (e.g. colors, shapes) for 45 different questions. Students can either listen to a teacher read the questions out loud before selecting their answers, or students who are readers can complete this book independently. If your learners are not yet at the level of comprehending from a field of 9, you can limit the number of icons you put on the template pages.

Examples of target questions include:
- Find a red fruit.
- Which one is a vehicle that flies?
-Show me an animal that flies.
- Find a square toy.
-Which one is a red vehicle?
-Show me a cold food.

Students will learn to listen to two-component descriptors to differentiate between the similar stimuli when answering questions.

To make this product, print and laminate all pages. Cut out the individual squares for the picture icons and back with soft velcro. Put hard velcro on all of the blank square spaces. Three hole punch and store in a binder.
