⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My students LOVED this activity. I used this as a review and end-of-unit activity for the Fiction/Nonfiction Unit. Students were encouraged that they already knew how to do a color-by-number and could work Independently after we answered the questions together. I also really liked the self-check that students could do if they answered a question wrong. Don't see that letter? Go back, reread the question and see if you have the right answer.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was a fun activity for students to practice fiction and nonfiction. I love that there are different designs and different levels of difficulty. I also love that it's very easy to tell at a quick glance at the picture who's "got it" and who needs more help.

I used this with my 2nd graders in the LMC to review fiction and nonfiction by book cover. We completed the code together and then students had time to color if they wished while we did book checkout. I'm saving the other versions for emergency sub. plans!
