These slides provide an introduction to field ecology sampling methods (quadrats, line transects, & belt transects), an introduction to randomization, & tips on how to randomize data collection for students. It is an appropriate introduction for Honors or AP Biology or AP Environmental Studies or possibly an introduction to field methods class in college.
