This template provides a fillable resource to efficiently write a comprehensive session note for occupational therapy (OT). Pre-created dropdown menus and Google Sheets shortcuts allow for the session note to be completed easily, quickly and in a detailed manner. As you fill in the boxes, the note automatically populates on the top left of the spreadsheet. Copy and paste that blurb into your session note location (i.e., Medicaid Note, SESIS, etc.) and you're done! A complete video tutorial of instructions is provided within the Google Sheets spreadsheet.
