Need writing prompts for your financial literacy class? These writing prompts are a great way to extend thinking in a fun way. My students are always engaged when I give them time to free write with a prompt. Writing prompts are great as a hook, bell ringer, formative assessment, or review.

What's Included:

40 weeks worth of writing prompts. Each day has a different theme. Two digital formats are included. One for students to copy and write in and another for the teacher to project and students can write in a journal or notebook.

I started using this for my personal finance classes this semester. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading their journal entries each week. Most students have surprised me with the detail with which they answer. I think the journal has given my students an outlet where they feel comfortable and aren't afraid to express their opinions.
