How this works:

  1. You open up this resource in PPT or open the movie file
  2. Press Present/Play
  3. As students finish their math exit tickets they sit on the floor with their whiteboard
  4. They begin answering the questions projected on the board
  5. After so many seconds, answers appear
  6. Students check their work with the correct answer shown
  7. It automatically goes to the next slide
  8. Students continue working through the slideshow
  9. As students finish their math work, they can jump in at any time
  10. BONUS: You get to help students who need your help while the rest of the class is engaged and learning!

COMMON CORE MATH STANDARD:

1.OA.D.8 Determine the unknown whole number in an addition or subtraction equation relating three whole numbers. For example, determine the unknown number that makes the equation true in each of the equations 8 + ? = 11, 5 = ▯ - 3, 6 + 6 = ▯.
