Learning about fractions can be a very tricky task in the elementary grades. We as teachers often spend a lot of time on fractions, how to simplify them, how to find common denominators, etc. This activity is a great addition to your fraction lessons in your classroom!

Students will have an interactive lesson where they have to get out of their seats, search for fraction task cards and complete the tasks around the room. A corresponding worksheet allows students to write down all of their thinking and will help to increase their understanding of these tricky concepts.
