Description
This set has 5 full color game cards and a sheet of 9 shape/line cards. This set can be used as small group instruction or as a learning center. Laminate the shape cards and game cards. Game cards can be placed in sheet protectors as an option. Students are shown one card at a time. They find that shape/line and trace it on the game card. Students can play like tic-tac-toe (3 in a row) or as BINGO with various versions; fill the card, 4 corners, X, T or L, etc! This activity is great as a pre-handwriting skill. All the shapes and lines are used in letter formation. It is perfect for pre-K and K students or any students needing work on strengthening small muscle control. Hand strength can be increased if using a wipe off crayon vs a dry erase marker. Various colors are used in this set to reinforce color identification along with basic shape identification for circle, square and triangle. Multiple objectives can be targeted while having FUN!
