Description

These Fire Safety Math and Literacy centers are great hands on activities to use during Fire Safety Week. These centers are for preschool and kindergarten.

ACTIVITIES/SKILLS INCLUDED

  • Put Out the Fire: Letter Matching (Capital to Capital, Lowercase to Lowercase, and Capital to Lowercase
  • Put Out the Fire Recording Sheets (practice tracing capital and lowercase letters)
  • Siren Sounds: Beginning Sound Clip Card Match
  • Put out the Fire Syllable Sort
  • CVC Word to Picture Match
  • Put Out the Flames Sight Word Spelling: Includes Primer and Preprimer Sight Word Cards
  • Rhyming Words Firetruck Wheels Matching Activity
  • Build a Ladder "Dominoes" Letter Matching
  • Build a Ladder "Dominoes" Shape Matching
  • Letter Tracing/Writing Pages
  • Letter/Sentence/Word Firecrew Sort
  • Counting On Ladders (two levels)
  • Number Match Flip and Cover (Numbers to 10 and Numbers to 20)
  • Race to the Top of the Ladder
  • Cooper the Fire Dog Spot Counting Cards (numbers to 20)
