Use this sheet each year with your students. It is a fun way to get them to reflect on their thinking, likes and dislikes at the beginning of the school year. Hold on to the sheets until the end of the school year, and then pull them back out. The students love looking at the answers they provided 10 months earlier. They get to fill them out again and see how they have grown and changed throughout the year.
