This product is a simple checklist for your first grade reading and math CCSS. There is a column to write all your students names, and the standards are listed across the top. Standards are divided by trimester according to the CCSD Curriculum Engine pacing guide. There is space to write 18 student names, if you have more than 18 simply print the page for that trimester two times.

A four point rubric is used on the bottom to evaluate their performance. I suggest writing in pencil once this product is printed. This way if a student has improved during your second or third observation, you can update their column accordingly.
