This lesson is for chapter 3 of the 1st grade everyday math program. This activboard lesson reviews the concepts of skip counting by 2's, 5's and 10's,finding sums of 10, identifying coins, counting pennies, nickels, and dimes, telling time to hour and half hour, solving frames and arrows problems and using a number grid to count on and count back. This flipchart is an interactive way for children to practice concepts taught in chapter 3. The flipchart could also be used a review lesson for students who haven't mastered these concepts.
