Description

Are your frustrated with how quickly your math curriculum expects students to master concepts? Help your first-grade students build solid math understandings with this bundle of hands-on math activities. Students will use manipulatives such as cubes, number lines, counters, math games, hundreds charts, links and place value blocks to help them build a concrete understanding of tricky math concepts!

Each unit includes activities that are perfect for whole group, small group, and interventions. Once students are familiar with the activities, they can easily be moved to a first-grade math center!

10-12 games and activities are included in each unit. Teacher direction sheets are included to help you introduce the activities to your students.

Currently, this bundle contains five hands-on math sets:

  • Doubles
  • Commutative Property of Addition
  • Ten Less and Ten More
  • Ways to Make Ten
  • Place Value- 2 digit Numbers

More hands-on units will be added to this bundle.

My students favorite game was 10 more or 10 less Bingo. I felt like that game really strengthened my students knowledge on that skill!
