Description

Do you need a THOROUGH math assessment to check your students' current math mastery? The following skills are assessed:

-write #s 1-100
-comparing numbers
-ways to make a given number (i.e. ways to make 7; 3+4 or 10-3)
-number sense using tens and ones
-identify coins
-calculate sums of given coins
-fact family equations
-numbers before/after
-10 less/10 more
-skip counting (10s, 5s, 2s)
-addition 2 digit/1digit (no regrouping+regrouping)
-subtraction 2 digit/1digit (no regrouping+regrouping)
-add 3 single-digit numbers
-word problems (add/sub)
-missing symbols in equations
-telling time (hour/half-hour)
-reading graphs
-completing patters (repeating/continuous)
-counting (backwards)
-identifying missing addends/subtrahends

This was also very helpful for sending home with parents as extra practice so parents can see firsthand what their student may need help in mastering.

This assessment is tagged with California State Standards and written directions are included.
