Standards-aligned

Although we don't use math expressions, I still found these to be really helpful. I had a couple first grade students who were extremely advanced, and these packets were the only tools I could find that truly challenged them. I recommend these only for students who are well above grade level, but those students had so much fun working together on these. I appreciated how they matched first grade standards still, so these students could still be working on the same skill as the rest of the class but at a higher level.

These challenge packets are a great way to incorporate the standards/lesson skills being taught for the students needing to stretch their brain a bit. This is a great resource to do just that. While the other students in my class are doing the activity book pages, I use this resource for a few students that are beyond 1st grade activities. Thank you!

I needed a quick way to extend some of the activities for my first graders. These are perfect, just enough of a challenge that students don't fly through them, but not so hard they struggle to do them. I love how they match the daily lesson as well.
