It is spring time in 1st grade, and this month we are working hard on our literacy standards including vowel teams, final blends, sight words, short stories, comprehension, punctuation, common vs. proper nouns, and adjectives. Our math standards this month include addition and subtraction within 120, telling time, expanded notion, number bonds tally marks, collecting data, 2D shapes and 3D solids.
