Description
The following is a checklist designed for the end of Kindergarten or for use for parents or educators during the summer before First Grade. The checklist could also be used to pre-assess children at the beginning of First Grade. The checklist was designed based on goals set for children in the Pennsylvania, but the goals are broad and developmentally appropriate.
This checklist can supplement report cards and student portfolios or be used to give parents goals to work on at home. The checklist can also be used to create individualized goals and lessons for children in your care.
The checklist covers the following domains:Social Emotional Devlopment, Literacy, Math, Science and Social Studies.
There are six skills listed for each domain.
