Description
This is a simple one page worksheet that practices the identification of 1st grade Dolch sight words, with a short comprehension story. The short story uses the sight word at least 5 times. Then, is followed with two simple multiple choice questions, plus a short sentence writing prompt using the sight word in a sentence.
I like to use this activity as practice for small group, morning work, homework, etc. This is also great scaffolding for students who are on lower reading levels.
