Lined paper for Writer's Workshop includes a writing checklist for basic writing, editing, and revising. Students check to see if they start with a capital, leave a finger space, read and reread to see if it sounds right and makes sense, end with punctuation, add words with a caret, circle words that are spelled wrong, cross off unwanted text, and use transition words. ****Revised paper adds a space for students to practice unknown words on each page.

Writing paper includes a mini version of the a poster checklist (also available) as well as a practice space for trying out tricky words. Students clap syllables and stretch out the sounds.
