Description
Easy to use behavior chart for the "First-Then" strategy. You can use this card for digital boards, with velcro or magnets or actual objects! (I use this technique with small pictures from Boardmaker for my young students who have Autism/Asperger's and are nonverbal).
This strategy is simple-here are some examples;
First- Student completes math worksheet
Then- Student is able to use an iPad for 5 minutes on a Math app
First- Student will sit in their chair
Then- Student is able to complete an alphabet puzzle
If you chose to print this out, I would suggest card stock then laminating. I attach mine to a clipboard for easy transport (picture posted on my Instagram page). I have also sent this chart home with parents to keep their routine consistent!

This resource worked excellent with my students for what to expect. I am an Occupational Therapist. Transitions and knowing what to expect is hard for them.
Needed this quick for an intervention with a behaviorally acting out student when I had a sub. Appreciate your creating it.
