Streamline your classroom management and help your students master time with this comprehensive Visual Timetable & Clock Set. This resource combines a clear daily schedule with the concept of "When & Then" logic, allowing students to see exactly what time an activity starts and how much time they have to complete it.

With six vibrant color options and flexible time slots, this pack is designed to fit any classroom aesthetic while supporting executive functioning and independence.

What’s Included?

  • PDF Format: High-resolution, ready-to-print file.
  • 28 Printable Pages: A massive variety of scheduling options.
  • 6 Color Choices: Choose one color to match your theme or color-code by subject/time of day.

How to Use This Resource

  1. Select Your Schedule: Choose the subject/activity cards.
  2. The "When & Then" Strategy: Place a "When" card (e.g., Math) next to the starting time, followed by a "Then" card (e.g., Silent Reading) to show students the visual transition point.

Assembly Instructions

  • Download: Save the PDF to your computer.
  • Print: For best results, print on A4 paper or cardstock. (Select "Fit to Page" in your printer settings).
  • Laminate: Laminate the pages to ensure durability for year-long use and to make the blank clocks "write-on/wipe-off" compatible.
  • Cut: Use a paper trimmer or scissors to cut out the individual clock and schedule cards.
  • Apply Adhesives: Attach magnets for use on a whiteboard or velcro dots for a felt board or "First/Then" strip.

Why Teachers Love It

"The 15-minute increments are a game changer for my transitions. My students finally stopped asking 'When is lunch?' because they can see the clock hands match the wall!"
