Description

These interactive self-checking math flashlight / light table cards are an engaging geometry activity that has students count the sides on basic, flat / plane 2D shapes. This set includes 16 different 2-D shape cards (equilateral triangle, rectangle, circle, pentagon, square, oval, octagon, crescent, trapezoid, hexagon, parallelogram, diamond, right-angled triangle, heart, star, and a moon). These are a perfect addition to your Flashlight Friday activities.

PREPARE:

Print the picture cards onto cardstock and the number cards onto normal paper. Put glue all over the number side of the papers. Glue each picture sheet and its corresponding number sheet together by placing the numbers behind the pictures. Cut out the cards and then laminate. Leave a slight edge around your laminate so it doesn’t separate.
