"Flat Stanley" is a story that kids love! So here is a project that you can make your own to extend the story!

1st- Use the Bitmoji App to make your own "Flat Teacher" and then add a picture of your face to it!

2nd- Laminate and cut them out

3rd- I recorded myself reading "Flat Stanley" showing myself turning into a "Flat Teacher"

4th- Mail a letter to your students explaining how to complete their "Flat Teacher Project"

- I edited the letter from Kinder Crazy with Mrs Cassady called Flat Teacher Project: Our Social Distancing Version of Flat Stanley (thank you so much for it, get it from her it is free!)

- I told my class in the letter that they needed to take Flat Ms. Kertz on 3 adventures and take a selfie with me in each spot (the Flat Teacher Project: PowerPoint is where students can document their pictures with me and explain where they took me)

5th- students can change/revamp their PowerPoint: change the background color/change font/make their PowerPoint fun!

I uploaded this power point onto my google classroom that way when they get it in the mail, they can start the fun right away!
