Flip Floppin' Math is a unit of games and a flip flop craftivity to ensure that your students understand, name, and can use the commutative property of addition and multiplication. The unit includes the following EIGHT games:
1. Dice Shakers Game for Addition
2. Dice Shakers Game for Multiplication
3. Double Dominoes Game for Addition
4. Double Dominoes Game for Multiplication
5. You Spin Me Right Round Game for Addition
6. You Spin Me Right Round Game for Multiplication
7. Shake It Up Baby Game for Addition
8. Shake It Up Baby Game for Multiplication
Also included are all instructions, materials list, file folder cover sheets, instruction sheets, and recording sheets for students to use at math centers, teacher instruction sheets, and an adorable introductory craftivity with complete instructions and blackline masters and examples. The entire unit is common core aligned, and is a creative, fun way to practice the commutative rule, while memorizing basic facts.
