My Graph Book *Updated: May, 2017
What a fun way for your students to practice the fine motor skills of folding, cutting, and coloring, while reinforcing the mathematical graphing concept. The folding and cutting directions are included. You will probably need to model this process. (1 sheet = 4-page book)
Your students can collect and record their group data on the data and tally sheets. You then have the option of each group member making the group graph book, or recording whole class data on the tally sheets for each graph – school transport, birthday months, eye colors, and pets – so each student can make the class graph book, coloring the graphs accordingly.
Included are three versions of the foldable graph book – group, class, or one with blank spaces for numbers to be filled in.
This resource adds an element of fun and novelty to graphing. Enjoy!
This is the U.S. version ... there is also a British English version.
