This fun material can be used to learn thematic vocabulary and practice listening for details with adjective modifiers. Included in this product are 4 sets of pictures and 16 direction following cards to practice listening for details with modifiers.
To prepare: Print pages 3 through 12 of this product and laminate if desired. Cut apart the pictures on pages 3 and 4. (Try to keep the sets together; however, the sets are numbered on the picture in case they get mixed up.) Cut out the card set direction cards if you would like.
To use: Spread out one set of pictures at the time and discuss the vocabulary. Then, have students follow the directions on the cards, listening for specific details as they go along.
