Have you ever had a student request to sit out a food lab? Crazy, right?! But it happens. Sometimes, a student can't participate in a food lab because they forgot and wore flip-flops to school. It happens. This worksheet will allow your student to participate in the day's learning without participating in the lab. I give my students the first page of two pages of this Google Document, along with the food lab we are working on, and the accompanying food lab sheet which directly assesses our learning target/s. I've included an example food lab and food lab sheet; Brazilian Brigadeiros. I love to make these around Valentine's Day! <3
