Description
Your students will want to keep score in this "game." This interactive SMARTboard activity is a set of number lines and students count up and/or down on the number line filling in blanks. They will count by 1's, 2's, 3's, 4's, 5's, and 10's. The beginning of the lesson gives them numbers to choose from and they will move the numbers to the correct spot. The level of difficulty increases as the lesson moves on and students will be asked to use the SMART pens to fill in their own answers. The last slide is open so you can change the numbers to whatever you would like just by using the eraser. The last slide is a good activity to use when you have 10 extra minutes before lunch, recess, or dismissal. All slides are self checking. It can be a challenge to have to count by 3's backwards!!
