Description

This file contains the Introduction and Genetic sections of the entire book as described below.

Description of the Entire Book: (your file contains two of the 9 sections...see other listing for the entire book file if desired.):

Ready for an exciting unit or course in Forensic Science? If so, this product is for you! This 162 page book took many months to create and was used in my own Forensic Science Class as well as integrated into my chemistry, biology, and physical science classes over the years.

This product can also save you tons of money. This product can be used in place of a textbook. This is a great alternative to a text because it costs under $20 total compared to a book that costs $100 a student...and you will barely use those traditional texts. This product is designed to give the background information for each of the following units of study:

Introduction
Crime Scene Processing
Physical Evidence
Blood Typing
Genetics
Fingerprinting
Hair & Fiber
Toxicology
Death Investigation

The text is written in a very easy to understand way that gives student the background for the activities you do. This is great for stand alone courses in Forensic Science or to integrate into chemistry, biology, or physical science. Several sample activities and assessments are also included to go along with the chapters.

Have a great time with this real-life science unit!

I adapted this just a little to better fit my classroom's needs, but used this as a test review activity. My students were SO ENGAGED! It was great and they loved it.
