This is a simple foldable that can be used in interactive notebooks or journals. My students have a hard time remembering the differences in the types of fossils. This is just one more way to reinforce these vocabulary words: stoney model, cast, imprint and mold. You could also have the students draw a picture of each to go along with the definitions. You could use this as a study guide for your students or something to go up on the bulletin board.
