This is a printable template for a foldable on converting fractions, decimals, and percents. I have included a picture of what my foldable looks like when it is finished. You are welcome to copy mine exactly or just get the general idea of what it should have in it. I make this with my students as a review after we have finished learning all of the different conversions. The back (once folded) is blank so that they can glue it into their math journals. I used this in 6th grade but it would make a great review lesson at the beginning of the year in 7th grade!
