I recently incorporated this resource as part of my spiral review, and it was a resounding success! This resource offers a unique and engaging way to reinforce essential skills and knowledge, and my students absolutely loved it. I used this with my 5th graders to show them the relationship between the different numbers. It was a great visual and practice for them! They used calculators to do the converting and this was great practice for them!

Convert a rational number to a decimal using long division; know that the decimal form of a rational number terminates in 0s or eventually repeats.
Know that numbers that are not rational are called irrational. Understand informally that every number has a decimal expansion; for rational numbers show that the decimal expansion repeats eventually, and convert a decimal expansion which repeats eventually into a rational number.
Use ratio and rate reasoning to solve real-world and mathematical problems, e.g., by reasoning about tables of equivalent ratios, tape diagrams, double number line diagrams, or equations.
