This is an awesome journal center where students can respond to questions about comparing/ ordering fractions and decimals.
This "Fraction Math Journal Prompts" set comes with 10 sheets of journal prompts about fractions and decimals. There are two prompts on each page for a total of 20 journal prompts. Students will use recipes, color pictures, solve word problems and do many other fun things to review those fractions and decimals.
There are several way this journal center could be used. Here are a few suggestions.
1. Have students glue journal prompts into their journal to answer their journal prompts.
2. Put prompts in a folder and have students copy down the problem into their journal.
3. Cut prompts a apart and put the prompts into a basket and then have students randomly pick a prompt out of the basket.
The possibilities are endless. Be creative and have fun!
