Description
We have created a collection of questions to challenge young minds and to sharpen their skills when working with fractions and decimals. These questions are mix of both simple and difficult fractions to prevent students from feeling complacent, and forcing them to brush up on their basic fraction techniques. Each questions is the sum of two fractions and a decimal value, challenge students to find the the answers using decimals or fractional manipulation.
Fractions are limited to a denominator of 12 or below. Decimals have one non-zero digit. All fractions and decimals are between 0 and 1, keeping the answers small.
The documents contains 5 unique sheets - each with 6 questions, with a master answer sheet. Answers are given in both fraction and decimal form.
Recommend 2-5 minutes per question (10-30 minutes per sheet). Calculator should not be required.
