About The Modular Math System:
The Modular Math System was built on the belief that a math curriculum should be molded to the needs of the teacher and not the other way around. We wanted to create something cohesive, flexible, differentiated, and modular so that teachers can truly customize and create the math curriculum of their dreams. Our math system is based on four main principles:
1. Comprehensive: Each unit consists of essential materials needed to help your students learn, practice, and explore core concepts.
2. Differentiated: Each unit consists of three levels of differentiated activities so you can meet a wide variety of learners in your classroom.
3. Built-In Progress Monitoring: Each unit has a pretest, post-test, exit ticket, and reflection sheet that you can use to check student understanding, inform your instruction, and scaffold or extend as needed. There are tracking and goal sheets so students, parents, and other stakeholders can stay up to date on the progress of each student.
4. Modular: Pair our “Essentials” with our “Expansion Packs” to build your perfect math curriculum.

Hi Monica,
I'm sorry you are unhappy with your purchase. The lesson plans follow a common flow so teachers understand the order of the lesson. They are written the way they are so that there is flexibility for the teachers who don't want a rigid, scripted curriculum. Also, did you look at the notes section of the PowerPoint as recommended in the teacher directions? There is a suggested script that walks you through exactly how to teach the content if that's something you need. If we included that in the typed lesson plan, the lesson plans would be 20+ pages, which felt a little long on our end.
You are free to reach out to TPT for a refund if it's not working for you. I can't give refunds because TPT limits our access to your account. If you need more help you can email me at cassie@create-abilities.com.
Hopefully, you'll realize I'm a real person who created something that works for me and many other teachers around the country. I appreciate the feedback. I always strive to make the best products possible.
