Converting between fractions, decimals, and percents can be difficult for students. This download contains two options of student-friendly reference sheets with simple but effective reminders for student use. Three additional and editable worksheet options for leveled practice with answer keys are also included!

A PDF color-coded graphic organizer/flowchart of instructions for each conversion is perfect for student interactive notebooks. After initial instruction, I have my students glue this chart into their notebooks for reference for the remainder of the year - and they actually use it! This download contains two versions of the chart. One version includes completed examples of each type of problem. The other version of the chart contains instructions only, leaving space for students to write in their own examples of each problem type.

The download also contains three leveled practice sets (with answer keys) for students. This portion of the download is an editable Word document and is easily customizable for your students' needs.

Level One - Contains mainly benchmark fraction conversions

Level Two - Introduces mixed numbers and percents greater than 100

Level Three - Introduces longer decimals and percents less than 1

These practice sheets can be used for differentiation within your class, or for repeated practice as students become more comfortable with the skills.
