Teachers, are you looking for activities to engage your students during this period of distance learning? These digital task cards are designed to use with Google Forms and can easily be shared with students through email or through an online learning platform like Google Classroom™ or Canvas™.

Students will look at the fraction model and enter the fraction into the Google Form. Includes fractions with denominators up to 8. This resource is self-grading and differentiated! You can easily use these digital task cards to provide individualized assignments for your special education students or emergent learners. As your students submit their quiz, you will be able to instantly access their scores and provide intervention and instruction as needed. Step by step instructions are included.

Level 1: Type the fraction

Level 2: Multiple choice with 3 options

IMPORTANT: This is a digital resource. You will need a free Google account & internet access to use this resource. You will be prompted to create a copy and save it to your Google Drive. Students will need a tablet, chrome book, laptop or computer to use this resource.
