Description
I think I have seen other games like this, but I believe mine has more detail that helps students to play the game without teacher assistance. I did create this game long before I ever saw anyone else's version. The students play a game of war with a regular set of playing cards, but the face cards have specific values. If a student believes he has won, but the other student challenges him, both students must either simplify the fractions or alter the fractions so both contain a common denominator. The students then decide who had the greater value within the fraction.
