This was used with the quilt to freedom. The students then created their own quilts using fractional cues.

This resource was exactly what I needed to spice up my classroom routine! The game ideas are creative, easy to follow, and require very little prep, which is a huge win. My students were much more engaged with their task cards than usual, and it turned a standard practice session into a fun, collaborative activity. It’s a great way to move away from traditional worksheets while still ensuring the students are mastering the content.

Great patterns. I used this as an intro idea into my students making their own math fraction quilts. It was a fun but informative activity.
