Do you have a student that needs a little bit of extra special help to get through the school day??? Some children need additional reinforcement than the classroom wide behavior management system allows. Here is just a snapshot of various token economy programs that can be implemented to help that student be successful. Simply use a chart per school day and give points, happy faces, or check marks at each time interval for the observed appropriate behavior!! Students can trade in these points/tokens if they met their goal at the "reward" time. This will make some of the challenging parts of his school day just a little more enlightening!
