UPDATE: These have been adapted so you can use them digitally.

These earthquake task cards contain basic questions related to earthquakes. They are designed for use as a review for an individual student or as a formative assessment for a small group. These can also be used for an entire class or small group review game. I most often put these around my classroom and have the students travel with their answer key, progressing through the cards at their own pace. It is a great formative assessment.

Just print several sets and laminate the cards. Cut the cards apart and either place each set in an envelope or punch holes in the corners and put the laminated sets on rings. A student answer sheet, as well as a teacher answer key, is provided.

This is a super challenge for the kids and their learning. I used it as a scavenger style activity which the children enjoyed.

This resource helps to enhance kinesthetic lessons within my classroom. I have the students move among groups to complete the task cards. Very engaging!
