Teaching fractions can be challenging, but with these free printable fraction circles, they will be as easy as pizza pie for your students!

The free fraction circles also provide an art extension to your math lesson. They get to cut out pizza toppings and glue them on top of their fraction pizzas, after coloring all of the pieces.

I've included fraction circles for: 1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/6, and 1/8.

There is a complete and colored teacher version included too that you can laminate and use as your students use their crafted versions.

All my students learned about fractions and equivalent fractions through pizzas. I bought our class some pizza and told the store to not cut them. I then show them how we can cut the fractions in 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/8. Then afterward they each got a slice. The paper pizza fractions were a great way for them to contribute and make connections to the learning as I cut the pizzas.
