This three-page, introductory set of worksheets is a must for Kindergartners and First graders who have begun Base Ten Math. These are aligned with K.NBT.A.1 and 1.NBT.B.2. While these worksheets are quite straightforward, they attempt to help the child:
-identify units and understand their place value
-identify tens and understand their place value
-counting units and tens
-with reinforcing the important concept of beginning with Units and only then proceeding to Tens.
