This French fall leaf-themed math centre might be just what you're looking for!
How to use this resource:
- Cut out and laminate the trees that you prefer (number word or numeral) and all of the fall leaves.
- You might choose to modge-podge the leafs onto "tree cookies" (round slabs of wood available on Amazon) to make this centre extra engaging!
- Students will sort the leaves onto the correct trees.
This resource includes:
- 2 "I Can" cards (one for trees with numerals and one for trees with number words)
- 20 different tree trunks (1-10 in both numerals and number words)
- 6 different representations (leaves) for each tree
The included "I Can" cards will help foster student independence - if they forget what to do during the centre, they can just check the directions!
