The Behavior Tally Chart and Behavior Tally Spreadsheet can be used to collect and analyze data on your students. This data can be used to develop Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans.

The spreadsheet automatically totals your frequency data making data collection easier on you. Enter tally data from your chart each day into the spreadsheet. Your weekly totals for each behavior will appear. It will also give you a total number of occurrences for all behaviors.

This tool is also editable, allowing you to change target behaviors and definitions to suit your particular needs.
