Decimal Review Color-by-Number Activity – Fun Practice for 5th Grade!

Looking for a no-prep, engaging way for your students to practice decimals? This activity gives students the chance to review reading, writing, comparing, and rounding decimals while having fun with a coloring challenge!

Students will solve 18 practice problems and then use their answers to complete a color-by-number coloring sheet—perfect for reinforcing skills in a hands-on, interactive way.

Skills included:

  • Writing numbers in standard form from expanded form
  • Writing numbers in standard form from word form
  • Rounding decimals to the nearest place value
  • Comparing decimals

This resource is a great review for the 5th Grade Common Core Standards 5.NBT.3 and 5.NBT.4, and works well as a morning work, math station, or end-of-unit review.
