Description
Do you want an awesome math activity that will have students begging to solve more math problems? :) My students LOVE our Treasure Hunt days!
This bundle has SIX of my Treasure Hunts that I play with my students.
This bundle has a treasure hunt for:
✳ volume
✳ end of the year
✳ finding 1/10 and 10 times a number
✳ adding and subtracting decimals
✳ add and subtract fractions
✳ multiply and divide fractions
The preview will show you where each treasure hunt has the students to end up. Example: One treasure hunt ends by saying "the treasure is under the whiteboard erasers."
I place a picture of a treasure at the location and the student/group who finds it first can turn it in for a "real treasure" of teacher choosing.
Each treasure hunt takes about 20 minutes to complete and go over the answers as a class. That's why I chose a teaching duration of 2 hours.
Students come up to me in later years and comment, "I sure miss those math treasure hunts!"
A couple of these are found within my State Testing Math Prep product, but not all!
