(Please note that if you are on an I-PAD the audio sound will only play when you are in "present mode" and not in edit mode and the movable pieces will only work on "edit mode" and not "present mode". Unfortunately, this is how Google Slides work on I-PAD. If you are using a computer/laptop everything will work just fine.)

-Make sure you are using a Gmail/G suite account when accessing this resource.

-Not all the slides include audio. Only the letter sound matching slides have audio available.

-Make sure you use the freebie to test out the audio files and have your students try it out as well because some school districts block the audio files from the students, only giving the access to the teachers. ⭐️Fun Phonics Week 1 Freebie⭐️

-This is a huge file, and it may take a few extra seconds for the drive to access it. If you happen to have a blank page, please refresh it and everything will be there.

How does it work?

You will download a PDF file for each resource, which contains access to Google Slide. When clicking on the link to access Google Slides, you will be asked immediately to make a copy for yourself. Once the copy is made, it will automatically save on your Google Drive, and from there, you can assign it to your class via Google Classroom.

***This is not a Paper Copy. This is only for Google Classroom or any Digital devices your students might use.

You can either assign the entire Google Slide document, or just a few slides a day for daily phonics practice. There is no right or wrong on how to use this resource as long as you can keep your students engaged. To get the best result, please suggest your students download Google Slides App on their devices. Alternatively, all the Google slides can be open using any web browsers as well.

What if I want to assign only a few slides to my students?

Simply create a new Google slide document in your drive and copy the exact slides you want your students to work on. This will only take you a few seconds. All the slides are set up for size 11X8.5.

Your students will have so much fun dragging the letters around using their own devices whether it's their computers or laptops.

It is perfect for:

-Small groups
-Phonics intervention
-Homework
-Independent work
-Literacy centers
-Newcomers
-English language learners

This bundle was great during COVID, but has continued to be a huge use in my classroom! I am able to differentiate my small group work based on student skills all in one bundle. I also really appreciate the voice part to the slides as my students can learn to "problem-solve" when they are stuck, and this helps to limit interruptions during my small groups. Great product that I will continue to use!

it's well organised, however, the prints do not follow the jolly phonics style of writing the words. therefore reading purpose gets defeated due to the fonts.
