Description

Reach out to parents of students in preschool, Pre-K, TK, and kindergarten. These Family Fun Activities will keep children learning in a stress-free way. All of the activities are educational, standards-based, and encourage family involvement, including skills in counting, sorting, classifying, patterning, identifying shapes and colors, and reading comprehension. Children choose activities that they are interested in, as this will motivate them to complete the tasks and avoid the struggles that often accompany home learning. Two versions of the activity pages are included: one with space for child's name and parent's signature, the other for viewing on their computer. Two versions of a family letter are also included: one asks parents to sign and return the grid, the other tells parents to write down or take pictures of completed activities for students to share via email, or when school resumes.
