This is a set of 2 one page foldables for interactive notebooks on function notation. 

The first foldable focuses on evaluating and interpreting using function notation.

• The front cover contains an example of evaluating using function notation and an example of interpreting a real-world example.
• Inside contains three examples on evaluating and solving with function notation, as well as one word problem for interpreting.

The second foldable focuses on graphing using function notation.

• The front cover contains an example of graphing  using function notation.
• Inside contains six additional examples on evaluating using function notation to complete a table of values to graph successfully..

Notes are intended to be completed as a whole/small group.

**NOTE** You do not need to cut any pages.  Students will fold notes along the short side (like a hamburger) to show the title along the side and notes on the front.  The only gluing students will do is gluing the notes into their notebook.
